Christopher Allen is the founder and owner of Fairway Structural Group, bringing 13 years of professional experience in construction cost management and project delivery. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Christopher provides strategic oversight to ensure projects are financially sound, well planned, and delivered with transparency and accountability.
He holds a Master's degree in Quantity Surveying and is RICS certified in Project Management, giving clients confidence that their projects are managed in accordance with internationally recognised professional standards. His role spans cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and overall project coordination.
Christopher is highly proficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Revit, allowing for accurate programming, clear documentation, and effective coordination between consultants, contractors, and clients.

Benjamin Gibson brings 18 years of hands on industry experience to his role as Site Manager and Foreman. He is responsible for overseeing day to day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with approved plans and specifications.
Benjamin holds HEART / NSTA certification and has a strong background in site supervision, health and safety compliance, and workforce coordination. His practical knowledge and leadership ensure projects progress smoothly while maintaining quality control and safe working practices.
